WHERE'S MY ORDER?

All shirts are made to order, which means we don’t print them till they are ordered. Orders are produced in the order they are received. During periods of heavy volume, lead times will be longer than other times. Orders typically ship 2-5 days after they are placed. Hoodies typically take longer between 4-7 days.

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATION

If you've made a mistake in your order such as a wrong address, size, or color please let us know as quickly as possible. Typically 1-2 days after your order is placed we can still make the change. Once an order is shipped we cannot help you.

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If it’s been 2+ weeks and you haven’t received a shipping confirmation, first check your spam filter, then contact us.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS

Domestically we normally ship via USPS offering customers the choice between Priority Mail and Express Mail services. Some items on our site may require a different shipping method such as UPS or DHL.

Priority mail usually takes up to 3-5 business days to arrive to the destination from the time your order is shipped out of our facility. USPS does label how many days it takes for the order to be delivered, but sometimes, there are delays. So please keep in mind that it may take up to 5 business days to receive a package with priority mail service.

Express mail ensures a quicker delivery typically between 1-3 business days from the time your order is shipped out from our facility.

**We are required by State and Federal laws to charge sales tax on products shipped to California.

For International orders, Priority Mail shipping takes up to 7-12 business days to arrive from the time your order is shipped out of our facility. Express mail will take about 4-7 business days from the time your order is shipped out of our facility.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We encourage you to please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying so there are no surprises.

PRINTING METHODS

We print all our own shirts and only keep in stock the most frequently ordered colors (black, asphalt, navy). Majority of our orders we use direct to garment (DTG) printers. We also may screen print certain orders primarily our custom large volume orders.

If you have an idea for a design or are an artist that would like to submit a design please reach out to us on social media or through our contact page. All artists will be compensated for their work if we end up using it in any form.
