We recommend you contact us prior to ordering to ensure you order the correct item.Our goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, we are more than willing to do an exchange or issue you store credit. We do not accept returns for refunds. You may exchange it for a different color, size or style. You have 7 days from when your order was received to return the item(s) to make an exchange (i.e. If your order was delivered on the 1st, you have until the 8th to contact us about making a return).

Email: email@example.com PLEASE NOTE: NO EXCHANGES will be eligible on sale and significantly discounted items varying from 30-50% marked down prices. (including but not limited to: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and items displayed under the “Sale” section). Ownaj Clothing Co. reserves the right to refuse exchanges requested from orders made on special sales and from items purchased under the Sale Category on our site. THESE SALES ARE FINAL.
After receiving confirmation for your return, and a return address, you may ship your items. Please include a note of what you'd like to swap your item for.Items must be returned in their original unwashed condition free from odors, stains, and pet hair. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the items show any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. We do not cover the return shipping cost, but exchanges will be shipped out at no additional cost.
Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or store credit will be issued via email.
